Scoring

For each question, give yourself:

  • 0 points for "No"
  • 1 point for "Sometimes"
  • 2 points for "Yes"

Interpretation

  • Vata: 0-7 points
  • Pitta: 8-14 points
  • Kapha: 15-21 points

Add up your points for each section to determine which prakriti type is most dominant for you. The highest score indicates your primary prakriti, but it's common for people to have a secondary prakriti as well, so you can look at the scores for the other doshas to see if they are close in points.
