What the personal balance means and why personal balance is important?

Your balanced life is that in which you are the mental, physically, socially, financially, spiritually, emotionally, intellectually stable. You can control your priorities and make very good decisions. You enjoy your job and occupation.You have good relation with peoples in society and in the workplace. You are financially stressed free and emotionally know how to react in particular situation.

Most of us spend our day trying to fulfill the demands of home and job, very little time left for our self, for relaxation, and for self-fulfillment. When your day is filled with more negatives thoughts than positives, it is the time to make some changes for finding our own balance.  Try to think about your aim, dreams, and goal. Try to find when you feel sad or happy. You have to complete the demand of your body, mind, and soul.

  And when you find your inner balance you will be well connected with your inner peace and have stable mental, physical and spiritual condition.

You can achieve your personal balance by setting priorities and action plans to reach your goals.

By proper nutrition, regular exercise, maintaining body weight and by avoiding alcohol and irresponsible sexual behaviour you can achieve physical wellness. Physical wellness keeps your body functioning at its best. Physical activity and proper nutrition help in improving emotional, mental wellness, thinking and learning abilities with control mind.

Daily 20 -40 minutes physical exercise keeps your balance stable.

Take regular 7-8 hours of sound sleep.

Avoid oily and heavy food items.

Identify signs when your body not feeling well.

Mental wellness you achieve by connecting with spirituality and nature, by learning to forgive and accepting the conditions you cannot change.

Social wellness -Physical and mental wellness increases your chances of social wellness.   You interact with peoples around you and enjoying the time you spend with them. Discussing their hobbies, beliefs, and backgrounds helps in creating good relationships with them. Our relationship can offer support during difficult times. Social wellness encourages communication trust and conflict management. Develop skills and become comfortable with whom you are in a social situation.

Practice self –disclosure to others.

Practice active listening and participate in group discussions.

Keep in touch with your relatives, family and supportive friends.

Emotional wellness helps you in stress reduction, self-care, and relaxation and in the development of inner strength.Emotional wellness gives you the experience of the positive and negative situation and how to handle these emotions.

Emotionally well a person knows why he/she feels that way and how they react in the response of these feeling. Being emotionally well you can express feelings without any constraints.

Always smile and stay positive.

Take support and help others in need.

Through meditation practice being mindful.

Learn from mistakes.

Intellectual wellness helps us to expand our knowledge and skills. We achieve intellectual wellness through community involvement, hobbies, and academics. Intellectual wellness promotes curiosity to try new things and to understand the relationship of your with the environment.

  2. Travelling establish the relation with others and enhance knowledge.
  3. Follow your hobby. Hobbies are good ways to improve skills and knowledge.

Spiritual wellness includes morals, religious faiths. This allows you to think purpose and meaning of human existence .your religious faith may help to develop spiritual wellness.

  Occupational wellness encourages you to do work in which you get personal satisfaction.Enjoying your occupation and job, doing work with passion helps in achieving the Occupational wellness. It is a gift to you from God if you enjoy your job. Your working hours takes most of the time of the week so the work you do should be an enjoyable task.

 

Financial wellness we achieve by planning our expenses and needs. Money plays very important role in our life. So when we do not get enough of it impacts the peace of mind and health.

So plan in advance and set the budget.

Early detection of financial problem reduces the stress and anxiety.

By getting financial wellness you will enjoy life and worry less.

 Some Detoxification techniques

Herbal oil massage of the body

Massaging the body with oil should be performed daily or if not daily 2-3 times in a week. By oil massaging your body becomes strong and get resistance to stress, the anxiety you face in your daily life. Massaging your head with sesame oil daily decreases a headache, gives sound sleeps and prevents graying of hair. Massage improves blood circulation and reduces pain, strain in the body.  Daily 10 minutes massage of the body is sufficient. 

Herbal steam bath

The process of inducing sweat with the help of steam generated from herbal decoctions.This therapy drains toxins from deep tissues to skin through sweating.

Steam bath reduces the weight by reducing fat tissues and softens the muscles. Helps in improving the skin glow and reduces acne by dilating the skin pores.

Application of herbal oil to head /scalp

 In this method, medicated oil poured over the forehead for a certain period and from the specific height. It is very useful in stress reduction and treating diseases associated with depression, anxiety, and mental fatigue. This might be working due to soothing sensation of poured oil through nerve of the skin of the forehead and then they go to the brain with calming and soothing energies. It is a form of regeneration therapy. For anxiety, stress, psychosomatic diseases and depression.

Yoga is the union of mind, soul, and spirit. It is not just an exercise. Yoga induces the ability of self-control, concentration.
